| The purpose of this seminar is to
promote an understanding of the laws and regulations that control
drainage of land in Indiana. The process for drainage dispute
resolution will be examined. State and federal agency
representatives will explain their role in drainage in the state.
Seminar attendees will gain a greater understanding of drainage law and
dispute resolution. Farmers, public officials, agency personnel,
attorneys, and members of the general public are invited.
